Tiny World Project with Mimi Kirchner

Last year Mimi Kirchner did a presentation for my Merrimack Valley EGA Chapter, explaining an showing her wonderful fabric art dolls and toys. I loved her work, and started following her on Facebook, so when she offered a workshop in making one of her Tiny Worlds, I jumped at the opportunity to make a Tiny World in her inimitable style.

Of course, I hade to put my house on chicken legs, so Baba Yaga could live there!

The tea cup is one that was in the house when we moved here in 1987, that I didn’t really care for but was too good to throw out. It was the one thing left at the end of a day of free stuff on my front lawn, so apparently others agree with my taste. But this was a perfect use for it. Thanks, Mimi!
